

Fall has always been my favorite time of year. The cooler days, the smell of smoke in the air and the arrival of bright orange pumpkins contribute to the excitement of the season. Growing up in west Texas added to the fun of fall with carnivals and events where you could always find wonderful homemade tamales for sale.
